I'm Clare. I'm an Accredited Dietitian and Nutritionist. I want to show you how keeping a healthy lifestyle can be easy and fun! You don't need to follow restrictive diets and strenuous exercise plans that you don't enjoy to be healthy. I like cake and chocolate, and you should too! I also like healthy, nourishing foods which can be just as satisfying and also give your body the energy it needs to be able to move and do the things you love.
